一 起不動或起動轉速不夠（要求起動轉速150—190分）

a) 蓄電瓶電力不足，反映電瓶比重不合乎要求，有電壓無電力，電壓降太大。

g) 電磁閥本身壞，打不開油路，但可臨時用手動頂開電磁閥暫用。
