1、利用專(zhuān)用的故障檢測(cè)儀(博世KTS510F 深圳元征X—431)

2、專(zhuān)用診斷儀診斷連接線(xiàn)口目前有兩種:一種是長(zhǎng)方形的,16針接線(xiàn)(國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn))。另一種是圓形的。其中,圓形的診斷接口是各汽車(chē)廠(chǎng)家普遍采用的,圓形的診斷接口通常是3條線(xiàn)連線(xiàn):1是正極,2是負(fù)極,8是診斷通訊線(xiàn),并且與控制單元ECU的K25是對(duì)應(yīng)引腳線(xiàn)。如果連接專(zhuān)用診斷儀后,不能建立診斷通訊,要詳細(xì)檢查診斷接口K8引腳線(xiàn)的通訊狀態(tài),如果K8不能建立診斷通訊,說(shuō)明K8引腳線(xiàn)出現(xiàn)開(kāi)路、短路的現(xiàn)象,可以直接從控制單元ECU的K25引出連線(xiàn),并且從整車(chē)的主繼電器引出正極和負(fù)極,并與專(zhuān)用診斷儀的K8、1、2相連,即可診斷故障。

3、在進(jìn)入讀取故障碼的存儲(chǔ)模塊以后,首先要?jiǎng)h除一下控制單元ECU故障碼。

4、因?yàn)榭刂茊卧狤CU的故障編碼有時(shí)是虛擬的,只要?jiǎng)h除一下,原來(lái)虛擬的故障碼就不存在了。剩下的故障碼就是當(dāng)前存在的真實(shí)故障碼。
